I want to compliment Chris from Autobahn, for trying to help me with a service problem with a dealership. He sat and talked with me, trying to help me solve the problem and how to handle it as best as possible. This was not to his advantage financially. He was just giving me good customer service. My first visit to this shop, just moved to Los Gatos. The headlights on my 96 Mercedes were scratched and yellowed, didn't feel safe driving at night. They applied a solution that removed the yellowing and the lights are much better, I'd guess twice as bright as before. But the guy in the office said they weren't totally satisfied with the result, so didn't charge me for it! What honesty, integrity and generosity. I'll be coming back for any service or repairs I need.

We have been bringing our BMWs to Autobahn for years and have always found the service incredible. We recently had a battery issue, which BMW owners know is a PAIN, and Chris and his team took the car with no appointment and got the job done. We appreciate and recommend this very helpful local service.
