I’ve been a very happy customer for 14 years and two different BMWs. The service has always been excellent. This last time was no exception. I had to use a dealership away from home due to a breakdown. The dealer failed to fully fix my car. Autobahn Los Gatos was able to diagnose and fully repair the problem with excellent communication while working on it and a more than fair bill when the job was complete.

Just wanted an oil change for my X1. I had been going to the dealer for maintenance was dissatisifed with the last visit and decided to go elsewhere. I was the first one in and the job was completed in 45 minutes. Friendly service. I will be going back.
